Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO. This role is all about leverage, helping the CEO stay focused on strategy, growth, and leadership while you handle the complexity behind the scenes.

This isn’t a traditional EA role. You’ll operate as a trusted thought partner, problem‑solver, and organizer in a fast‑moving, global environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, and external partners, often across time zones, and you’ll be expected to anticipate needs, not just react to them.

What You’ll Do

CEO Enablement & Priority Management

  • Own the CEO’s time, flow, and focus across internal and external commitments
  • Optimize a complex, dynamic calendar, constantly reprioritizing for maximum impact
  • Manage email and communications: triage, draft responses where appropriate, surface time-critical issues
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and connector, handling sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion

Leadership Cadence

·       Support Executive/Senior Leadership Team meetings: agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decision capture, and action tracking

·       Maintain a clean “decision+ actions” system so leadership stays aligned and follow-through is consistent

Travel, Events & Logistics

·       Plan and manage seamless domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas as needed)

·       Coordinate conferences, speaking engagements, and external appearances

·       Handle expenses end-to-end with accurate, on-time reporting

·       Research and arrange meeting locations, dining, and off-site logistics to keep schedules friction-free

Communications, Projects & Systems

·       Support CEO communications (presentations, internal updates, town halls) with high polish and tight coordination

·       Assist with board decks, strategy materials, and leadership presentations—ensuring accuracy and coherence

·       Build durable systems for information, documents, contacts, and recurring workflows

·       Jump into special projects and cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO as priorities evolve

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves

  • 7+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility to support global time zones and executive travel
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and prioritization skills
  • High integrity, emotional intelligence, and discretion
  • Strong written communication skills with executive‑level polish
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and confidential information

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience in a global, multi‑site, or private‑equity‑backed company
  • Exposure to M&A, integrations, or rapid‑growth environments
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
