Job Description

REQUIRED PROFILE

  •     Minimum 10 years experience as Executive Assistant / Operations Manager / Senior Office Manager
  •     Proven ability to multitask across multiple departments
  •     Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or corporate operations preferred
  •     Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills
  •     Excellent English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
  •     Highly disciplined, trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
  •     Used to working directly with owners / chairmen / CEOsSALARY & PACKAGE$80,000 Plus (based on experience)
