- Provide overall leadership for the organization s direction, performance, and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with the board to align on priorities, maintain transparency, and execute on key initiatives.
- Oversee financial health through thoughtful budgeting, monitoring, and decision-making.
- Lead and support a small team, creating a culture of accountability, stability, and purpose.
- Ensure programs and services remain effective, responsive, and centered on those being served.
- Strengthen and expand revenue through grants, donor relationships, and community engagement.
- Represent the organization with credibility across stakeholders, partners, and the broader community.
- Clear and confident communicator who connects easily with a wide range of audiences
- Strong financial instincts and comfort managing budgets and organizational resources
- Experience with or exposure to fundraising, including grant writing and donor engagement
- Steady, thoughtful leader who supports and develops people while holding a high bar
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and ownership
- Grounded in purpose, with a genuine commitment to meaningful, community-focused work
