  • Serve as executive sponsor or capture leader for selected high-priority opportunities; ensure compelling customer-aligned solutions, win themes, pricing and business strategies, and proposal readiness.
  • Set and continuously improve enterprise processes, tools, and governance for market intelligence, customer relationship management, pipeline management, capture, proposal development, and lessons learned.
  • Partner with Contracts, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Human Resources, program leadership, and technical teams to ensure compliant, executable, and competitive offers.
  • Ensure disciplined transition of awarded work from capture and proposal teams to program execution, including customer handoff, staffing, partner coordination, and start-up support.

Customer, Partner, and Market Leadership

  • Build and sustain senior relationships with Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, civil space, and other national security customers, industry partners, and relevant associations.
  • Represent SciTec at customer meetings, industry forums, conferences, and strategic partner engagements; communicate the company’s value proposition, technical differentiation, and mission impact.
