They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Hospice division in theMilwaukee, WIarea. A Registered Nurse is required. Hospice leadership experience is required.  Relocation candidates welcome to apply!Executive Director Job Requirements 
  • Active RN license and experience in hospice operations. 
  • Hospice leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations, accreditation standards, quality programs, and compliance requirements
Executive Director Job Responsibilities 
  • Provide leadership and oversight for hospice division, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Coach and develop hospice staff
  • Monitor quality metrics, budgets, and growth initiatives.
