Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Legal Secretary to support multiple attorneys across Litigation, Real Estate, and Corporate practices. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and can manage a wide range of administrative and legal support tasks with professionalism and discretion.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents (pleadings, motions, correspondence)
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state & federal e-filing)
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and client communications
- Maintain case files, handle document management, and prepare trial binders/exhibits
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense processing
- Support new matter intake, conflicts checks, and general administrative needs
- 57+ years of litigation legal assistant/secretary experience (mid-to-large firm preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems (NetDocs), and billing software
- Advanced document formatting skills (TOC/TOA, styles, redlining)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
