Executive Producer leads and manages client engagements and is responsible for overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of deliverables across large accounts or client groups. This person is also a mentor and coordinator for producers, helping assess and head-off red flags and set best practices for projects across the agency. The Executive Producer oversees implementation from end-to-end and is an inspirational leader on both client and internal sides of the fence to deliver this work with the best quality possible. Internally, Executive Producer manages Producers and Associate producers responsible for their career satisfaction and growth. They run weekly meetings and performance reviews with their direct reports and are responsible for account level P&Ls.The Executive Producer is responsible for executing a wide range of complex, multi-faceted programs. The EP's role is to ensure that all aspects of a program are successfully delivered to the client. The Executive Producer is also responsible for the fiscal health of the program and for communicating effectively with the team and the client.- Participates in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency.- Guides the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions.- Builds and maintains effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way.- Ensures clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items- Working with the Account Director, manages the program process from creative through execution using company processes and tools.- Ensures regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met- Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details.- Manages resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed.- Translates costs to a sell price with appropriate detail to be communicated to the client.- Manages/mitigates third party costs.- Develops and actively manages vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent and pricing.
