Salary Range: $200000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets.

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

RequirementsProven track record in sales, with significant experience in a leadership or senior sales role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
