As a Wellness Coordinator, you will:

• Conduct orientation programs for all new exercisers
• Collect baseline information on all exercisers
• Enter attendance into the tracking system for all exercisers and document outcomes quarterly
• Instruct a variety of land or water-based group exercise classes emphasizing strength, endurance, balance and flexibility for residents and employees
• Act as an advocate for health issues and stay abreast of trends in the wellness industry
• Encourages resident participation in outdoor events, social gatherings and religious activities
• Participate in Program Planning meetings and help plan, implement and evaluate large campus-wide events
• Teach fitness classes

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
