Description:
You will be the Expediter for our Production Support team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials and parts in our manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Expediter Manufacturing Senior you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and parts to meet schedule demands while maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts according to production schedules.
- Monitor master production schedule for shortages and alert appropriate authorities.
- Maintain SAP entries, DOT paperwork, and documentation of completed orders.
- Load and unload shipments, and coordinate in‑house transportation of materials.
- Assist with work‑order issues and support inventory control activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Inventory Control Experience
- Kitting/Dispatch/Floor Support in Production
- Computer Skills
- Must be US Citizenship due to special access required at facility
Desired Skills:
- Experienced Forklift Driver
- One Year of SAP or MRP related experience
- One Year of PP&C Experience in Manufacturing Environment
- Apriso Experience
- Forklift Certified
- Expediting Experience in Production Facility

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
