Compensation: $15–$16/hour base pay + commission opportunities
What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
  • Educate guests on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options
  • Drive membership and retail sales while working toward individual and boutique goals
  • Build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members
  • Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the front desk with professionalism and positivity
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and helping others prioritize self-care
Schedule Requirements
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
