Job Description

As an Experience Program Manager, you will drive the governance, education, support, and ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders across experience efforts. You will lead the creation, assessment, and improvement of existing Experience CX Ops Model processes. You will lead current and future state experience journey mapping workshops to identify and address opportunities for our business customers across Enterprise initiatives. You will support the creation of journey resources to inspire teams to consistently consider the consumer needs. You will support Experience Leadership in the definition and enhancement of experience processes and govern adherence.

You Are

You are a self-starter who can manage end-to-end program execution with partners across various levels and areas of the organization. You thrive on collaboration and take pride in getting initiatives over the finish line. You can see the big picture and distill it into the steps required to bring it to life while modeling a human-centric approach to all initiatives. You are comfortable autonomously making decisions, steering the conversation, and offering recommendations based on standards. You are committed to driving Guardian's transformation to becoming a consumer-first company and are dedicated to ensuring our consumers have a voice in every discussion. You are organized and focused on process improvements. You can lead by influence and support coaching.

You Have

  • Journey and/or process mapping/documentation experience (preferred)

  • Microsoft Office products and PowerPoint specifically expertise

  • Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders to implement and complete initiatives

  • Program management skills and experience

  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, and Guardian products (preferred)

  • The ability to influence without authority, coordinate group collaboration and hold colleagues accountable for deliverables

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • The ability to lead and execute with minimal supervision

  • The capacity to multi-task and lead various key initiatives simultaneously

You Will

  • Work regularly with Experience Programs leadership to define, launch, and execute various strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Lead administrative and operational needs of the Experience Program Team.

  • Implement essential updates and/or changes to the processes for journey creation and maintenance.

  • Establish a cohesive alignment among all Experience Leads engaged in experience journey mapping.

  • Govern and manage experience initiatives to best practice standards by leading Consumer Advocacy Resources and Business Stakeholders to adherence for the CX Ops Model, Consumer Communications Council and needed Resources and Trainings.

This role is hybrid out of our Bethlehem PA, Holmdel NJ, or Hudson Yards NYC location

Salary Range:

$79,310.00 - $130,295.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
