Experience/Reliable Sr Commercial Underwriter Needed!!!

Come work for a well-established, privately held community bank in the Kansas City area that is expanding its commercial credit team and is looking to add an experienced Senior Commercial Underwriter.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned commercial credit professional who enjoys underwriting complex commercial relationships, partnering closely with lenders, and making a meaningful impact in a growing organization.

• $80,000–$120,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• On-site position with a stable, relationship-focused bank
• Privately held organization with an employee stock purchase program
• Opportunity to work on larger, more complex commercial credit relationships
• Strong long-term growth potential within the credit and lending organization

Ideal experience includes:

• 7–10+ years of commercial underwriting or commercial credit analysis in a banking environment
• Strong experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), construction, and SBA/government-guaranteed lending
• Advanced financial statement analysis, global cash flow analysis, and complex credit structuring
• Experience underwriting larger borrowing relationships and presenting credit recommendations to senior management or loan committees
• Working knowledge of participated or syndicated loans is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though extensive banking experience will be strongly considered
