Position: Armed Security Officer
Available Assignments Include:
- Gatehouse Operations
- Mobile Patrol
- Tactical / Surveillance Operations
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Controlling access points and verifying entry authorization
- Responding to alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
- Preparing accurate incident and activity reports
- Assisting residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintaining gatehouse and patrol vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses (Required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and situational awareness
- Experience in gatehouse, patrol, surveillance, or high-volume access control preferred
- Military and law enforcement backgrounds welcomed

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess valid Florida D & G licenses
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in Jupiter, Florida
- Must pass background screening and drug testing in accordance with company policy
