Job Responsibilities
Review and extract required data out of construction contracts and complete the Contract Info sheet.
Utilize customized software or AI tool to check for duplicate invoices and labor/material charges and markups within payment applications.
Track Schedule of Values (SOV) for each assigned project in an Excel spreadsheet.
Assist with reviews of construction bid packages, proposals, amendments, and contracts.
Assist with the review of change orders.
Assist with in-process and closeout transactional cost and billings reviews of payment applications and supporting documentation.
Assist in team in identifying cost avoidance and recoveries.
Assist with the preparation of written reports and/or presentations to project owners/developers.
Possess knowledge of construction.
May participate in other advisory engagements
Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field, or in lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Must also have a minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management, construction project controls, or construction cost control.
Strong background in software used in the service line, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and PowerBI and Co-Pilot and Adobe Acrobat Pdf
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CCA, CCP, PMP, CPA, CIA, or other relevant construction certifications
Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience with DataSnipper and Alteryx.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $66,500 - $90,200. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $72,900 - $99,200. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $75,300 - $130,700. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
