Easy Honda — one of Houston’s fastest-growing, highest-energy dealerships — is looking for a proven automotive salesperson with a track record of delivering 12+ units per month.If you’re hungry, professional, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want you on our team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 12 retail units sold per month at previous dealership(sStrong communication and follow-up skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to create an exceptional guest experience
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and coachable
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred

INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY PLAN

Our sales compensation plan includes:

  • $500 minimum commission per vehicle
  • Up to 40% front-end commission plus back end commission and unit bonus
