Responsibilities:

Outstanding ability to maintain customer satisfaction (communication skills)
Proper scheduling and tracking of all customer related concerns
Professional and personable attitude and work ethic
Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
Competency in writing and communicating repair orders between customers and employees
Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
Performing any additional task assigned by management
Commitment to being a team player

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive
Strong communication skills; a track record in a leadership role
Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles
