Job Description
Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938. We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our busy, high-performing Ford service department, located just off I-5 and 38th Street in Tacoma.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization.
What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)
- Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
