Now Hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians
Mankato Motor Company is growing and actively hiring A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join our Nissan, Chevrolet, and Volkswagen dealerships. If you’re an experienced technician looking for steady work, competitive pay, modern shops, and strong benefits, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles
Handle engine repair, transmission work, electrical diagnostics, suspension, brakes, steering, and HVAC
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs
Accurately document work performed and parts used
Collaborate with service advisors and parts teams to ensure timely repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Meet productivity and quality standards without sacrificing workmanship
A-Level Technician Responsibilities
Advanced diagnostics and drivability troubleshooting
Electrical systems, CAN bus diagnostics, and complex repairs
Mentor and support B-Level and entry-level technicians
Handle high-difficulty warranty and customer concerns
B-Level Technician Responsibilities
General automotive repair and maintenance
Brake jobs, suspension, steering, alignments, and maintenance services
Assist with diagnostics and advanced repairs as needed
Grow into an A-Level role through training and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
2+ years (B-Level) or 5+ years (A-Level) of automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
OEM dealership experience a plus (Nissan, Chevrolet, Volkswagen)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Own tools (shop equipment provided)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
