Experienced B-Tech / Automotive Technician – High Pay + Bonus | Lancaster, PA

About the Shop:Mike’s Motor Zone is a high-integrity, customer-focused independent shop serving domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The shop operates 3 bays with 3 lifts and averages 45–50 cars per week with an ARO of ~$800. Leadership is hands-on, including a Master Tech as General Manager. The shop emphasizes training, skill development, and a career progression model where Master Techs mentor A-Techs and B-Techs.

Location: Lancaster, PASchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Your Role:

  • Perform general repairs (brakes, suspension, inspections) on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Complete PA State Inspection & Emissions testing (licenses required)
  • Support digital inspections and communicate findings to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to help grow car count from 45–50/week

Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional shop experience
  • PA State Inspection & Emissions licensed
  • Strong general repair skills; diagnostics a plus
  • Positive, team-oriented, detail-focused attitude
