We specialize in high-quality home improvement and repair services. While bathroom remodels are a key part of our work, we also handle small-scale kitchen remodels, home safety modifications, and a variety of repair and improvement projects. We’re looking for a skilled bathroom remodeler to join our team to manage and execute our bathroom renovation projects.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded remodeling skill set, with extensive experience working with various systems, including shower surrounds, tub surrounds, waterproofing systems, and fixture installation. Experience with tile work is a plus but not required.

This position is for an experienced installer responsible for executing the work and managing their own jobs, often as the sole person on-site. While there may be opportunities for some oversight, we are seeking a hands-on professional to perform installations, not a project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bathroom renovation projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Perform tasks such as demolition, plumbing prep, waterproofing, fixture installation, and trim carpentry.
• Install shower surrounds, tub surrounds, and waterproofing systems.
• Preferred knowledge of tile installation.
• Read and follow project blueprints, design specifications, and client preferences.
• Oversee and collaborate with other technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
• Ensure safety procedures and building codes are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, including shower/tub surround systems, plumbing fixture installation, and trim work.
• Well-rounded remodeling experience with proficiency in multiple trades (tile installation is a plus but not required).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying physical conditions.
• Clean background - We background check.
