Job Title: Licensed HVAC-Refrigeration Service Technician (Universal Required | NATE a Plus!)Industry: Restaurant Equipment & Facility Maintenance

We're a family-owned, full-service facility maintenance company serving the restaurant industry, and we're looking for a licensed HVAC-Refrigeration Service Technician who cares deeply about craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
This role is for someone who understands that when a restaurant's equipment goes down, it's more than a repair - it's someone's livelihood. We're looking for a professional who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, works safely, and treats every client with respect.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Service restaurant equipment including walk-ins, specialty coolers, ice machines, shake/icee machines, fryers, broilers, ovens, hood systems, heat chutes, and more
Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical components using wiring diagrams and schematics
Perform thorough inspections of new and existing equipment
Complete preventative maintenance to help customers avoid costly downtime
Respond to emergency service calls with urgency and professionalism
Maintain and operate HVAC-R systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building equipment
Monitor and support preventative maintenance contracts
Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting operations
Maintain compliance with city, county, and state codes
Manage inventory on your service vehicle and purchase necessary materials
Travel daily to client locations as scheduled
Support after-hours building needs when required
Who You Are
EPA Universal Certification required
NATE Certification a plus
Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Mechanical skills in restaurant equipment and refrigeration repair
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Able to manage your time effectively and work independently
