Searching for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee all property management activities of an assigned portfolio in the OKC area.Duties include:Oversee facility operations, contracted projects, operating expenses, budgets, and financial reporting.Maintains strong owner relationships, coordinates emergency preparedness and life-safety compliance.Calculates annual operating escalations for bill back to tenants and percentage rent adjustments.Address tenant concerns, manages marketing initiatives, and calculates tenant charges. Benefits 1st of the month following 30 days.401k with Match after 6 months.
