THE TYPE OF ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to take dental X‑rays
- Chairside assisting experience
- Sterilization and equipment maintenance knowledge
- Ability to prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Strong patient‑care and communication skills
Previous experience in a general dentistry practice and familiarity with modern dental technology are preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT
This is a full‑time position with the following schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Alternating Saturday rotation once per month from September–April
In this role, you'll prepare treatment rooms before each patient arrives, assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, capture high‑quality X‑rays, and maintain clean, organized instruments throughout the day. You'll guide patients with professionalism and care, ensuring comfort from the moment they sit in the chair until their visit is complete.
