What You’ll Do:

As a senior member of our clinical team, you won’t just be passing instruments. You will:

Drive Clinical Flow: Anticipate the doctor’s needs and manage the pace of the back office to ensure zero "dead air" time.
Master the Tech: Utilize advanced digital imaging, iTero/intraoral scanning, and paperless charting.
Lead by Example: Maintain "Sterilization Mastery" and mentor junior assistants on office protocols and efficiency.
Patient Advocacy: Turn nervous patients into fans by explaining procedures with clarity and confidence.
