Job Description
We're looking for an experienced dental office receptionist who has a vibrant personality and wants to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an awesome staff and dentists. Duties include answering phones, scheduling new patients, answering dental patient questions, checking insurance eligibility and meeting production goals in scheduling. Must have a friendly personality, confidence, fast learner, be dependable, responsible, compassionate, and speak Spanish.
Potential for lots of growth and training.
*Must have at least 2 years experience in a dental office.
Ideal position for someone with experience in corporate dentistry wanting a better pay and environment to work in!
This is a full time job Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations in a bilingual setting, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries efficiently, utilizing dental terminology.
- Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient files while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Process insurance claims and manage medical collections as necessary.
- Utilize dental software systems, such as Open Dental and Eaglesoft, to support office operations.
- Provide exceptional patient service and support to enhance the overall patient experience.
