Job Description
We are an established dental office looking to add a full time experienced bilingual dental treatment coordinator to join our team!
Do you love working with patients to make sure they can get the treatment they need within their financial means? Are you great at helping patients understand their options and why the treatment is important to their health and well-being? Job Responsibilities:
- Gain financial commitment from the patient.
- Knowledge of different insurances including PPOs, Dentical, and HMOs.
- Understanding of dental operations and patient flow.
- Follow up with patients with pending treatment plans.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Coordinate fees and insurance benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient paperwork and charting.
Must have at least 2 years dental experience and be Spanish speaking.
