Experienced Diesel Technician – Join a Team That Invests in You!

Aspen Personnel Service is partnering with a reputable auto and diesel repair shop seeking to expand their team with a skilled Diesel Technician. Whether you're a seasoned medium-duty expert or a master-level mechanic, this is your opportunity to work for a company that values your expertise and actively supports your growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

A problem-solver who can diagnose and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems on medium and heavy-duty trucks.

Someone comfortable using diagnostic software, OEM scan tools, and a wide variety of professional tools.

A technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience working on medium/heavy trucks and electrical systems.

Certifications are appreciated but not required—experience speaks louder here.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and mechanical systems efficiently and accurately.

Perform regular maintenance on transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, and other vehicle components.

Use both hand tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

Keep clear service records and collaborate with the team to deliver quality workmanship.

Follow safety procedures while working on large equipment and service calls.

On-Call Rotation:

After-hours service truck shifts are part of the role (approximately every 5–6 weeks), responding to calls and providing support outside regular shop hours.

Position Details:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed

On-call rotation approximately every 5 to 6 weeks

Pay Range:

$28 to $35+ per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
