Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a collaborative boutique practice where your work has a direct, meaningful impact on clients navigating important family matters.
  • Take ownership of divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and related family law cases while continuing to build your litigation skills.
  • Earn performance-based bonuses in addition to competitive base compensation.
  • Receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance, plus 401(k) matching.
  • Grow your career through CLEs, professional development, local Bar involvement, conferences, and opportunities to strengthen your professional reputation.
  • Enjoy flexibility for the right candidate, including potential hybrid arrangements and possible relocation assistance.
  • Multi-state practitioners are welcome to explore opportunities to maintain an additional-state practice while joining our team.

Location: Wayne, PA. We prefer candidates who are local or able to relocate, with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate. Relocation assistance may be available.

Note: Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least 2+ years of attorney experience specifically handling divorce and family law matters.
