You know how to clean professionally.
But chasing leads, writing estimates, scheduling jobs, collecting payments, and following up with customers?

That's where Altitude Cleaning Crew comes in.
You bring the experience, supplies, vehicle, and reliability.
We bring available cleaning opportunities, handle the scheduling and billing, and pay every Tuesday for completed jobs.
No chasing leads. No awkward sales calls. Just more homes to clean.
What You Can Earn
- At least $30 per cleaning hour
- Keep 100% of your tips
- Additional incentives when eligible - we want happy clients!
- Potential to earn up to $1,000 per week
Contractors are paid per completed job, not an hourly wage. Actual earnings depend on the jobs you accept, completion time, team size, tips, and incentives. Job volume is not guaranteed.
We offer recurring, deep-cleaning, and move-in/move-out opportunities throughout Reno, Sparks, and nearby areas.
You'll Need
- Paid residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop
- General liability insurance - must have willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to complete a company-paid background screening
- The ability to communicate clearly when plans change
A quick heads-up: this is probably not for you if you need guaranteed hours, need us to provide your equipment, regularly cancel at the last minute, or disappear when someone texts you.
We're looking for experienced solo cleaners and small teams who show up, do excellent work, and leave the customer thinking:

The 1099 Details
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment.
You decide which opportunities to accept, provide your own supplies and transportation, handle your own taxes and business expenses, and remain free to work with other companies and clients.
Before accepting jobs, you'll complete a W-9 and Independent Contractor Agreement.
