Experienced HVAC Installation Tech

Up to $40/hour + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
EPA Universal Certification
5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and residential system design
Experience installing gas furnaces, electric systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant-based equipment
Understanding of local codes, safety standards, and installation best practices
Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and system startup procedures
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor less experienced team members
NATE Installation Certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year

What You'll Do

Install residential heating and cooling systems
Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
Train and support junior installers on job sites
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish
