We're currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer who brings 2+years of installation experience, possesses a mix of technical precision, electrical knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude and robust people skills.

Work Hours:
- 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
- Weekend and Evening on-call rotation
What You'll Do:
- Install and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and components to company standards
- Install gas piping
- Install refrigerant piping
- Test and balance systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about service issues and solutions
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems when needed
- Complete service tickets and reports with attention to detail
- Uphold safety standards and company values at all times
- Understand and follow all relevant codes
What You Bring:
- Technological experience to navigate changing smart-home tech and regulations
- Strong mechanical skills with a commitment to quality work
- Methodical, patient, problem-solving mindset
- Clear communication skills with both customers and coworkers
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Physical stamina and reliability, being able to carry 100 lbs & maintain a high standard of work ethic
- Proficient at reading electrical diagrams/ blueprints
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
- Pre-job and worksite organization
- Honesty and ethics are non-negotiable since we are guest's in people's homes
- Insurable driving record
- Needed hand tools
