Experienced HVAC Installer- Work/Life Balance + Top Pay

Greater Boise Area

$25 - $40 per hour + Spiffs

End Your Day by 3:30 PM Most Days

What You'll Earn

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (most days) (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards
Work on new systems, changeouts, ductwork, and more
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every job
Work with a supportive team that values your input and helps you grow

What You Need

Previous residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to continue learning and growing in the trade
