Experienced HVAC Service Tech$38 - $55 hourly, depending on experience | Memphis, TN$5,000 Hiring Bonus for Qualified Candidates!At Mechanical Systems Company LLC, we offer experienced HVAC professionals steady commercial and industrial work, dependable schedules, and the stability and long-term opportunities to build a secure career.What You'll Be DoingPerform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on all job sites

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians

Travel to job sites as needed and support ongoing project work

What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systemsEPA Universal certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordNATE certification and HVAC technical schooling (preferred)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site environments

Willingness to travel as required
