Experienced HVAC Service Tech

Up to $40/hour + performance bonuses

Full-Time | Pottstown, PA Monday-Friday | 40+ hours per week | Overtime Available

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
Communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Universal certification
HVAC technical school or equivalent training
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Experience evaluating repair versus replacement options
Basic sheet metal knowledge
Understanding of airflow, duct systems, and air balancing principles
NATE Certification preferred
