Experienced HVAC Service & Repair Technician

Location: Grayslake, IL

Pay: $20 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Deliver professional, high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly to customers

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within first year)
Own set of professional hand tools
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal HVAC training program completion
Universal EPA Certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
