Job Description

Experienced HVAC Service Tech

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No On-Call

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Qualified Candidates!

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent service
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Universal EPA certification preferred
  • HVAC technical school training is a plus
