Hiring Bonus $2,500 for Qualified Candidates!

Pomaria, SC | Columbia, SC | Candidates are welcome to apply for either location!$25.00–$35.00 per hour+ Spiffs & Performance Incentives OurTop Technicians Earn $85,000–$100,000+ Annually! Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call Rotation & Occasional Evenings/Weekends

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Recommend repair and replacement solutions based on customer needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and support the team when needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Willingness to obtain NATE Certification within one year
  • Leadership mindset and ability to take ownership of service calls

Preferred Qualifications

  • NATE Certification
  • Refrigeration experience (helpful but not required)
  • Personal HVAC service tools

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
