  • Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, and 3 weeks after 5 years of employment.

Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch). On-call rotation: one evening per week on one weekend per month. Technicians are dispatched from home, with a required weekly team meeting on Wednesdays at 7:15 am.

Pay Scale: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, depending on experience

Position Summary: Provide expert service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years' HVAC service experience
  • Great customer service & communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment
  • EPA Universal
  • NATE certification is a plus
  • Commitment to following safety standards and best practices
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
