Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Location: Sandpoint, ID
Pay Range: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Year-Round Work

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who wants consistent work, strong support, and a clear path for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and controls
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Complete service documentation using a company-issued iPad
- Recommend maintenance agreements and additional solutions when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- Idaho Journeyman HVAC License required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- NATE certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
