Hourly Base Pay by Level
- Total annual earnings typically range from $80,000-$130,000+, depending on level, performance, and consistency.
- Apprentice: $18-$20/hr
- Tech 1: $20-$25/hr
- Tech 2: $25-$30/hr
- Tech 3: $30-$35/hr
- Tech 4: $35-$45/hr
- Weekly spiffs and performance bonuses
- Raises tied to skills, certifications, and progression

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair options
- Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
- Follow safety and quality standards on every call
What We're Looking For
- HVAC service experience at any level (we place technicians at the appropriate level based on skill, not titles)
- EPA certification or the ability to obtain quickly
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
