What You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot equipment and identify effective repair solutions
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Provide recommendations while building customer confidence
Complete accurate service documentation
Work closely with dispatch and leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company standards
What We're Looking ForPrevious residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer communication
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Dependable work ethic and professional attitude
