Compensation and GrowthCeltic Air offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, and performance, along with performance-based spiffs that reward strong results. We invest in our technicians through ongoing training, hands-on support, and opportunities to expand their skill set and grow their career over time.About the RoleIn this position, you will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of workmanship and professionalism. You will work directly with homeowners, representing Celtic Air with courtesy, confidence, and strong communication.
