Experienced HVAC Service Technician$35–$45/hr | Serving Reading, MA areas
Cooling Unlimited, Inc. is looking for an experienced Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our field team in Reading, MA. Monday–Friday schedule

Local residential service territory
What You'll Be Responsible ForAs a Service Technician, you'll handle residential HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion. Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues
Performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC equipment
Working on light commercial systems when needed
Clearly explaining findings, recommendations, and completed work to customers
Providing professional, courteous service in customers' homes
Completing service work according to company procedures and quality standards
Maintaining accurate service documentation
Helping less-experienced technicians develop their technical skills when appropriate
What You Need2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and an insurable driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Customer-focused communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls responsibly
Additional Experience That HelpsNATE certificationHVAC trade school or technical training
Previous lead or supervisory experience
Experience working with both residential and light commercial equipment
