About the Role:
Join J & J Air as an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, where your skills will help keep our customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver top-notch HVAC solutions on the Grand Strand and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to provide effective solutions.
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide timely resolutions (minimal callbacks).
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair preferred.
- EPA Certification.
- NATE Certification and Commercial Refrigeration are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
