What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential (and some light commercial) heating and air conditioning systems.
- Deliver outstanding service that creates happy, loyal customers.
- Help mentor and train other service technicians as you advance in the company.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with on-call rotation)
Shop Location: Castroville, TX
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Up to $45 per hour depending on experience
- Performance Incentives: Spiffs + Commission-Based Program available - choose between performance pay or straight hourly

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC field experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- HVAC Technical School Certificate (preferred)
- NATE Certification (preferred)
- Strong ability to diagnose and solve HVAC problems
- Your own tools
