Position: HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
- Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
