Residential HVAC Technician
If you are looking for an HVAC Tech Position with a Professional Company, consider Nuckols Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
The preferred candidate is responsible for providing quality repairs to Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Gas Furnaces, Air Handlers, and Tank/Tankless Water Heaters. Knowledge of Hydronic Boilers is a plus!
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of Residential HVAC Equipment and Controls.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including:
- Split System Heat Pumps and A/C Units.
- Gas Furnaces and Air Handlers.
- Tank and Tankless Water Heaters.
- Mini-Splits and Geothermal Systems.
- (Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to consistently provide High-Quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner.
- Consistently maintains truck stock inventory and an organized truck.
- Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, or test various products regarding HVAC.
- Use dispatch software through a mobile app.
- Provide excellent customer service to every client.

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a Minimum of 5 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining all types of Residential HVAC systems.
- Safe working knowledge of all hand power tools.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Safely work from ladders for extended periods of time.
- Pass a Background check and Driver's License check.
- Valid and Clean Driver's License.
