Job Description

Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Up to $5,000 sign on bonus depending on experience!

R&H Mechanical has been a family owned business since 1976 and we are expanding our entire service department. We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Our Techs perform commercial/residential maintenance and service calls in the Skagit, Island and Snohomish counties.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and driven by success. Must have a great attitude and be flexible with the needs of the business.

Compensation: $34.00 - $50.00 per hour - plus spiffs- Depending on experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7 am-5 pm

What we are looking for in a great candidate:

- Personable and Friendly Attitude

- Troubleshooting and repair capabilities for; furnaces, heat pumps, RTUs, refrigeration and VRF Systems (required)

- Commission commercial equipment and controls

- VFDs and associated controls, Electrical/low voltage diagnostics and repair

- Ability to Calibrate systems

- Attention to detail

- Excellent customer service

- Equipment/service Sales (required)

- Valid Driver's license/clean driving record (required)

- EPA 608 Universal License (required)

- 06A Electrical License or equivalent hours (preferred)
