We are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. This job involves diagnosing issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards. Technician must be skilled in troubleshooting complex problems, replacing faulty components, and providing customer education on system use and maintenance. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of HVAC systems are crucial for ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Pay Scale: $56K to $100K annually + spiffs - Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- NATE certification is a plus
- Experience training others is preferred
